Court records show the following actions taken in Homer District Court through May 6:

Judgments

Deborah Hillstrand, 52, charges dismissed, fourth-degree assault, criminal mischief.

Larry R. Trefren, 75, pleaded guilty to fourth-degree misconduct involving weapons. He was fined $500 with $500 suspended and sentenced to 60 days in jail with 50 days suspended and ordered to perform 80 hours of community work service; ordered to pay $50 to support the Police Training Fund and a $150 jail surcharge with $100 suspended; ordered not to consume or possess alcohol and contact his victims; and was placed on probation for one year.

Stephan C. Kvasnikoff, 34, pleaded guilty to an amended charge of fourth-degree assault, domestic violence. He was sentenced to 360 days in jail with 330 days suspended; ordered to pay $50 to support the Police Training Fund and a $150 jail surcharge with $100 suspended; ordered to provide a DNA sample on request; ordered to attend an alcohol safety action program and enroll in and complete an anger management program with Chugachmiut; ordered not to consume or possess alcohol and contact his victim; and was placed on probation for three years.

Andrew G. Rosencrans, 24, pleaded guilty to leaving the scene of an accident. He was sentenced to 30 days in jail with 30 days suspended; ordered to pay $50 to support the Police Training Fund and a $100 probation surcharge with $100 suspended; ordered to apply for an Alaska Permanent Fund Dividend and pay restitution; and was placed on probation for one year.

Dennis J. Hart, 41, pleaded guilty to driving while license revoked. He was sentenced to 20 days in jail with 10 days suspended; ordered to pay $50 to support the Police Training Fund and a $150 jail surcharge with $100 suspended; had his driver’s license revoked for 90 days; and was placed on probation for one year.

Dioncio Chuprov, 36, pleaded guilty to an amended charge of failure to seal moose antlers, a violation. He was fined $200 and ordered to pay $10 to support the Police Training Fund.

James A. Brown, 45, pleaded guilty to driving under the influence. He was fined $2,000 with $500 suspended and sentenced to 90 days in jail with 87 days suspended; ordered to pay $75 to support the Police Training Fund, a $150 jail surcharge with $100 suspended and the $330 cost of imprisonment; ordered to attend an alcohol safety action program and install an ignition interlock device; had his driver’s license revoked for 90 days; and was placed on probation for one year.

Earl M. Regan, 59, pleaded no contest at his arraignment to disorderly conduct. He was fined $150 and sentenced to five days in jail with five days suspended; ordered to pay $50 to support the Police Training Fund and a $150 jail surcharge with $100 suspended and was placed on probation for one year. He also pleaded no contest to resisting arrest and was fined $500 with $500 suspended and sentenced to 90 days in jail with 85 days suspended.

Willie F. Hamilton, 55, pleaded guilty at his arraignment to disorderly conduct. He was sentenced to five days in jail and ordered to pay $50 to support the Police Training Fund and was placed on probation for one year.

Criminal Court

Mike M. Martushoff, 59, first-degree criminal mischief, felony indictment refiled.

David E. Longley, 60, driving under the influence, felony indictment.

James A. Fahle, 51 fourth-degree misconduct involving a controlled substance, methamphetamine, felony indictment.

Patrick L. Jones, 52, first-degree burglary, a felony; third-degree theft, fourth-degree criminal mischief.

Nicholas P. Guarnere, 32, fourth-degree misconduct involving a controlled substance, morphine, a felony; sixth-degree misconduct involving a controlled substance, marijuana.

Justin T. Arnold, 28, driving while license canceled.

Jacob K. Willis, 21, driving without a valid operator’s license.

Dakota K. Tennison, 19, Anchor Point, fourth-degree misconduct involving a controlled substance, possessing marijuana within 200 feet of school grounds, a felony.

Brian K. Saunders, 48, DUI, refusal to submit to a chemical test.

Timothy A. Magee, 40, DUI.

Tyler J. Morris, 27, DUI.

George M. Cook, 33, Nanwalek, fourth-degree assault, domestic violence.

Arley Suter 28, Anchor Point, third-degree assault, domestic violence, two counts; third-degree assault, all felonies; reckless driving.

Julian R. Stowe, 22, driving while license revoked, driving in violation of license limitations.

Lu Anna Lovelace, 61, allowing a person under age 21 to remain within licensed premises.

Angela Fae Cramer, 37, furnishing alcoholic beverages to person under age 21, allowing a person under age 21 to remain within licensed premises.

Idalia P. Frazier, 52, failure to provide proof of attending alcohol server education course.
