Court records show the following actions taken in Homer District Court through Oct. 14:

Judgments

Emily M. Harmon, 41, pleaded guilty to second-degree criminal trespass. She was sentenced to 15 days in jail and ordered to pay $50 to support the Police Training Fund and $50 jail surcharge.

Jesse J. Udelhoven II, 47, Sterling, pleaded guilty at his arraignment to driving under the influence. He was fined $4,000 with $1,000 suspended and sentenced to 120 days in jail with 100 days suspended; ordered to pay $75 to support the Police Training Fund, a $150 jail surcharge with $100 suspended and the $1,467 cost of imprisonment; ordered to attend an alcohol safety action program and install an ignition interlock device; had his driver’s license revoked for one year; and was placed on probation for three years.

Criminal Court

Enrique A. Martinez Jr., 35, driving under the influence, driving while license revoked.

Angela F. Cramer, 36, DUI, first-degree endangering the welfare of a child.

Colter W. Demers, 29, fourth-degree misconduct involving a controlled substance, heroin, a felony; fourth-degree assault on a police officer, resisting arrest.

Hannah H. Gates, 23, third-degree misconduct involving a controlled substance, methamphetamines, fourth-degree misconduct involving a controlled substance, both felonies; driving while license suspended, violating conditions of release, four counts.

Jordan W. Frazier, 24, taking a moose during a closed season, non-resident hunter.

Jay L. Benefiel, 38, driving while license suspended.

Byron Cullenbery, 44, taking illegal big game.

Thomas C. Wood, 65, failure to have moose antlers sealed.

Tammy Jo Stalker, 48, fourth-degree theft.

Peyton R. Wilson, 15, driving in violation of instructional permit.

Logan D. Lewis, 35, first-degree harassment, fourth-degree assault, domestic violence.

Jesse C. Blaine, 34, first-degree hindering prosecution, fourth-degree misconduct involving a controlled substance, prescription drugs, both felonies; fifth-degree misconduct involving a controlled substance, prescription drugs.

Nikita N. Kalashnikov-David, 30, issuing a bad check, four counts.

Venedim Martushev, 36, Nikolaevsk, kidnapping, first-degree burglary, both felonies.

Darry D. Flyum, 45, DWLR.
