Court records show the following actions taken in Homer District Court through April 12:

Judgments

Anthony C. Larocca, 44, pleaded guilty to an amended charge of reckless endangerment. He was fined $500 with $500 suspended and sentenced to 90 days in jail with 80 days suspended; ordered to pay $50 to support the Police Training Fund and a $150 jail surcharge with $100 suspended; ordered to apply for an Alaska Permanent Fund dividend and pay restitution; ordered to provide a DNA sample on request; and was placed on probation for two years. He also pleaded guilty to resisting arrest and was sentenced to 90 days in jail with 60 days suspended.

Patrick D. Halbur, 33, pleaded guilty to first-degree criminal trespass. He was fined $500 and sentenced to 60 days in jail with 55 days suspended; ordered to perform 40 hours of community work service to satisfy jail time; ordered to pay $50 to support the Police Training Fund and a $150 jail surcharge with $100 suspended; ordered not to return to the Conifer Woods apartments or property; and was placed on probation for one year.

Criminal Court

Alen T. Blatchford, 66, fourth-degree misconduct involving a controlled substance, methamphetamine, felony indictment.

Lee J. Henry, 51, second-degree criminal trespass, two separate charges, April 4 and April 12.

Sigmund L. Grant, 54, second-degree criminal trespass, two separate charges, April 4 and April 13.

Sierra M. Steen, 23, second-degree burglary, third-degree criminal mischief, felony indictment; third-degree theft, resisting arrest.

Aloysa M. Harwood, 32, fourth-degree theft, April 6 incident; driving under the influence, April 9 incident.

April E. Orleans, 26, leaving the scene of an accident.

Sherry L. Catterfeld, 50, immediate notice of accident required.

Vanessa A. Emerym 25, driving without a valid operator’s license.

Joshua P. Johnston, 23, fourth-degree assault, domestic violence.
