I do not live in town, but out East End Road, therefore I could not vote on the plastic bag issue which affects me. Actually, it’s just as well as I don’t know how I would have voted. I am glad that plastic bags could be done away with. I  don’t like the goverment telling me what to do in this case. It’s kind of like seat belts. I wear them because it’s a smart thing to do, but I hate the fact it’s the law. 

So the question is do we really need to be told what is  right and what is not?
