The project, which spans from Anchor Point to Baycrest Hill, is anticipated to begin next spring.
The Homer City Council awarded the project contract to East Road Services, Inc. last Monday.
Construction is slated to begin April 7.
With 20 projects in total, some represent continued construction efforts while others are new this year.
