The visiting Homer volleyball conference notched a 3-1 victory over Seward on Saturday in Southcentral Conference volleyball play.

The Mariners move to 2-3 in league play with the 25-11, 23-25, 25-13 and 25-19 victory.

Coach Pam Rugloski said this was the first varsity match back for Mary Hana Bowe after an ankle injury, and she responded with some kills. 

The coach added PK Woo had great serves, McKi Needham was solid setting and Izabelle Hagge had a great match at libero.
