Lifelong Alaska Native and Port Graham resident Olga M. Fomin, 58, passed away Saturday, Aug. 3, 2013, in Port Graham.
Funeral services were held 2 p.m. Thursday, Aug. 8, 2013, at St. Herman of Alaska Russian Orthodox Church in Port Graham. Pallbearers were Micky Anahonak, Peter Anahonak Jr., Denis Anahonak, Quentin McMullen, Dale Malchoff and Walter Meganack, Jr.
Olga was born Aug. 31, 1954, in Seldovia. She graduated from high school and had also received her associate’s degree.
Olga worked for the Port Graham Village Council and Port Graham School. She was a member of the church.
Olga is survived by her daughter, Jennifer Gloria Ann Fomin of Port Graham; brother, Raymond Fomin; son, Daryl Kreun of Port Graham, and uncle, Simeon Kvasnikoff of Port Graham.
Arrangements were by Peninsula Memorial Chapel.
