I want to express my deepest appreciation and respect for the commitment and hard work our three Homer City Council members, Catriona Reynolds, Donna Aderhold and Dave Lewis have given this community. I have worked with each of them over the years in circumstances both in and outside their council positions and have always regarded their efforts highly.

Serving on the city council is a huge job and time commitment, for which I am profoundly cognizant. It is a job that takes more than a tremendous amount of time but also thoroughness, fairness, endless patience, diplomacy and tact.

These three individuals are our fellow citizens who contribute to Homer in ways far beyond their city council roles. I am very proud to have them represent and speak for our community, so I wish to personally commend and support each of them publicly.
