I would like to thank all the staff and many volunteers who contributed to Homer Senior Citizens’ Masquerade Ball (DinnerNDance) on Oct. 24. We served turkey wellington and pumpkin cheesecake to more than 120 seniors — then we  danced the night away.  

A special thank you to those local businesses who support our dances by providing door prizes. This dance we received gifts from KBay Caffé, Kachemak Wholesale, Homer’s Jeans, Two Sisters Bakery, Caribou  Family Restaurant, Homer Bookstore, Northwind, Ulmer’s, Homer Theatre, Blackberry Bog, Safeway and the Homer Day Inn and Spa. Our community is  
awesome. And the support from volunteers and businesses makes us all proud to live in Homer. Thank you again for supporting Homer Senior Citizens Inc.
