Homer resident Alivia Erickson graduated from Azusa Pacific University with a bachelor of science degree in nursing on Dec. 14. She was one of 800 graduates at the winter commencement ceremonies at the evangelical Christian university with a campus, online presence and seven regional centers throughout Southern California.
