Alaska’s senior U.S. senator, Sen. Lisa Murkowski, R-Alaska, visits Homer for two meetings on Friday.

At 10:30 a.m. July 7 she holds a constituent meeting at the Cowles Council Chambers, Homer City Hall.

At noon she speaks to the Kachemak Bay Rotary Club at the Best Western Bidarka Inn.

Both events are open to the public. The Rotary Club’s regular Thursday meeting has been reset to Friday to accommodate Murkowski’s schedule.
