Homer Mayor Beth Wythe and City Manager Walt Wrede will be the guest speakers at the March luncheon meeting of the Homer Chamber of Commerce. The meeting will begin at noon Tuesday at The Alibi, 453 E. Pioneer Ave.

Wythe and Wrede will present the “State of the City” address.
