The best and easiest solution for the Alaska House of Representatives to accomplish for the people of Alaska in this session would be to stop utilizing Daylight Saving Time. The Alaska Senate has passed the bill to stop using Daylight Saving Time. Everyone has a biological clock and it is insane to make people adapt to a federal government clock. It is especially difficult for children who are going to school to change their wake up time.
