The Kachemak Ski Club will show the latest Warren Miller film, “Flow State,” beginning at 7 p.m. today at the Homer Theater. Tickets are $10 for students and $15 for adults. 

This is Miller’s 63rd feature film; it “brings audiences to a place only recently identified by scientists; a place they now understand skiers and snowboarders achieve where, the faster they go physically, the slower things appear to them mentally,” according to information about the film.

Door prizes, including a round trip ticket to Anchorage from Era Alaska, will be awarded. The ski club also plans to show skiing and snowboarding films by local youths before the film.
