Homer High School announces spring recipients of Mariner Way award

These traits include toughness, compassion, drive, integrity, character, sportsmanship and citizenship.

Each year Homer High teachers are given the opportunity to select one outstanding student based on the exhibition of one or more of the “Mariner Way traits.” These traits include toughness, compassion, drive, integrity, character, sportsmanship and citizenship. Honorees, their families and the nominating teachers attended an April 16 celebration.
