The regulatory commission does need to answer questions as far as their apparent rubber stamping of rate increases. The real problem is not Enstar but HEA with its ridiculously high kilowatt hour charge (50 percent higher than the national average) as well as its charges for new home hookups. The board of directors should be embarrassed.
