Homer Flex School has announced its student winner of the Flex Phoenix Award for the month of November.
The school gives out the award each month to a student who best represents the values of Homer Flex, which are respect, ownership and productivity. This month’s winner is Elizabeth Prescott, a junior.
”Elizabeth received this award for the creativity, enthusiasm and honesty she brings to everything she does,” wrote counselor Ingrid Harrald. “She is a natural leader who values personal enrichment.
“She is a critical thinker, engaged student and life-long learner,” Harrald continued. “Elizabeth is insightful, well-spoken, and provides great support for her peers. She is a wonderful addition to the Flex community.”
