Sophomore Audnia Carlson is the winner of the Flex Phoenix Award for March. This award is given monthly to the student who represents Homer Flex values of respect, ownership and productivity.

Audnia received this award for the positive outlook and enthusiasm she brings to her academics.

She is hardworking, kind, respectful, tolerant and open.

Audnia often volunteers to help with side projects at school, such as Improv Club and Sources of Strength.

She is a true leader at Flex, welcoming new students and helping to create a positive school climate.
