We would like to thank Colleen from the Homer Family Theater for inspiring us and the Homer community to bring music and memories to our seniors. We also would like to thank the enthusiastic volunteers who signed up, after the encore showing of “Alive Inside,” to help develop individual playlists for each person’s memories and to help program the playlists onto iPods.   

Thank you also for the financial donations, which make it possible to purchase additional music and iPods. We are looking for some Ozark mountain music (especially some with violin in it) from the 1920s and 1930s. If anyone has  a CD they wouldn’t mind bringing in, we could download it to a playlist.
