My family and I would like to thank the many people of Anchor Point and Homer who cared for David Jolly — husband, dad, grandpa, great-grandpa, uncle and friend — during his final weeks with us.
We cannot say enough about how we appreciate all the love and kindness you have given us. Thank you.
For many of you who do not know, 30 minutes after Dad’s memorial service, Mom had a heart attack and was medevaced to Anchorage. Again, the fast and professional service of the Anchor Point Fire Department, South Peninsula Hospital ER Acute Care staff, all of the SPH behind-the-scenes staff you do not see, the Homer Volunteer Fire Deparment and the medevac team, I thank you. You are wonderful. Kudos to you all.
To our friends and family who have helped us out, there are not words to say thank you. Just please know in your heart, each one of you is loved.
And to my best friend Lynette, thanks for helping me keep it all together when I thought I was going to lose it. You’re amazing, and I appreciate you more than you’ll ever know.
