Is anyone else questioning the delay of the Resetarits trial? The young man assaulted in September 2012 deserves better than to have this go on and on, without any accountability. It has been more than 17 months since he was assaulted. He was undeniably assaulted, the photos clearly show the details.  

Judge Margaret Murphy and lawyer Moberly are a bad combination when it comes to justice. Homer, pay attention, don’t let them abuse the victim as they have been known to do before. This young man deserves justice, he has waited  too long already.
