The Wild & Scenic Film Festival shows 7-9 p.m. Aug. 8 in Homer at the Alaska Islands and Ocean Visitor Center. Sponsored by the Kenai Watershed Forum, the festival features films such as “The Dark Side of the Lens,” set in Ireland, “Chasing Water,” about the Colorado River watershed, and “Yukon Kings,” about subsistence fishing in Alaska.
