Leslie F. Mofford, 60, pleaded guilty to unlawful possession of game. Mofford was fined $3,000 with $2,000 suspended and sentenced to 10 days in jail with 10 days suspended; ordered to pay $50 to support the Police Training Fund and a $150 jail surcharge with $100 suspended; ordered to forfeit a seized bear hide; had a trapping license revoked for one year; and was placed on probation for one year.
Kevin M. Anderson, 53, pleaded guilty to reckless driving. He was fined $1,000 with $500 suspended and sentenced to 50 days in jail with 45 days suspended and ordered to perform 40 hours of community work service to satisfy jail time; ordered to pay $50 to support the Police Training Fund and a $150 jail surcharge with $100 suspended; had his driver’s license revoked for 30 days except that a limited license was issued for 60 days for work purposes only; and was placed on probation for one year.
Sydney A. Huffnagle, 84, pleaded guilty to violating a protective order. He was fined $1,000 with $500 suspended and sentenced to 120 days in jail with 120 days suspended; ordered to pay $50 to support the Police Training Fund and a $100 probation surcharge with $100 suspended; ordered not to contact his victim or possess any firearms; and was placed on probation for three years. He also pleaded guilty to second-degree harassment and was fined $1,000 with $1,000 suspended and sentenced to 90 days in jail with 90 days suspended.
Andrew D. Keeton, 25, pleaded guilty to disorderly conduct. He was fined $500 with $500 suspended and sentenced to 10 days in jail with five days suspended; ordered to pay $50 to support the Police Training Fund and a $150 jail surcharge with $100 suspended; ordered not to possess or consume alcohol; and was placed on probation for one year.
Stone R. Wilke, 18, pleaded guilty to sixth-degree misconduct involving a controlled substance. He was fined $150 and ordered to pay $50 to support the Police Training Fund and to forfeit all items seized.
Stacy M. Wunderlich, 28, pleaded guilty to an amended charge of fourth-degree criminal mischief. Riley R. Christensen, 18, pleaded guilty to an amended charge of second-degree failure to stop at the direction of a police officer. He was fined $500 with $250 suspended and sentenced to 60 days in jail with 55 days suspended and to perform 40 hours of community work service to satisfy jail time as long as the defendant remains in school; ordered to pay $50 to support the Police Training Fund and a $150 jail surcharge with $100 suspended; ordered to assign his Alaska Permanent Fund dividend to pay any fines or restitution; had his driver’s license revoked for 30 days; and was placed on probation for one year. He also pleaded guilty to reckless driving. He was sentenced to 30 days in jail with 25. days suspended and to perform 40 hours of community work service to satisfy jail time as long as the defendant remains in school.

Gabriel M. Graham, 35, pleaded guilty to second-degree criminal trespass. James M. Mumey, 49, pleaded guilty to fourth-degree assault, domestic violence. He was fined $1,500 with $1,500 suspended and sentenced to 120 days in jail with 100 days suspended; ordered to pay $50 to support the Police Training Fund and a $150 jail surcharge with $100 suspended and the $330 cost of imprisonment; ordered to provide a DNA sample on request; ordered to attend an alcohol safety action program; and was placed on probation for three years.
Naomi S. Bohler Weddle, 18, pleaded guilty to concealment of merchandise. Imposition of sentence was suspended subject to the condition that she perform 24 hours of community work service. She was ordered to pay $50 to the Police Training Fund and placed on probation for one year.
