Alaska Wildlife Troopers cited a 60-year-old Kansas man for applying for and receiving a resident 2015 commercial crew fishing license as well as a 2015 resident sport fish license. Troopers said the man did not meet the residency requirements to receive the licenses.

Troopers at midnight made a traffic stop on a 50-year-old Anchor Point woman driving on the Sterling Highway near the North Fork Road. Troopers arrested her for driving while license revoked.
