Anchor Point Senior Citizens
The Anchor Point Senior Center on Milo Fritz Road is open 9 a.m.-5 p.m. Monday-Thursday and 9 a.m.-noon Friday. The center serves Thursday night dinners starting at 5:30 p.m. Everyone is welcome.

Curator’s Closet: 50 Years of Collecting at the Pratt Museum: In anticipation of the Pratt Museum’s 50th Anniversary, current and former Collections staff collaborate to share some of their “favorite things.” Take a dive into the Museum’s collections, and consider: what do we value as a community? Exhibit is on display in the Special Exhibits Gallery through April 28.
Behind the Scenes Collections Tours: These will start at 2 p.m. on Thursdays, starting today. In conjunction with the Curator’s Closet exhibit, Behind the Scenes Collections Tours will be offered. Get up close to the thousands of wonderful historical objects kept in the Pratt’s Natural History and Cultural Collections. The tours cost $5 per person.
Ongoing activities: Fish Feedings have resumed from 4-5 p.m. Tuesdays and Fridays in the Marine Gallery. Help feed the intertidal creatures in the aquaria. Fish Feeding is fun and all are welcome.

South Peninsula Hospital will offer a Safe Sitter Class including the essentials with CPR from 9 a.m. to 4 p.m. Friday, March 16.
Safe Sitter is designed to prepare students in grades 6-8 to be safe when they’re home alone, watching younger siblings, or babysitting.
This instructor-led class is filled with fun games and role-playing exercises. Students even get to use manikins to practice rescue skills like choking and CPR.
The class fee is $50 (scholarships available upon request — please inquire when you register). Students should bring a lunch. Pre-registration is required by March 15.
