Alaska State Troopers at 10:24 a.m. received a report that someone had stolen about $800 worth of power tools from a car in Anchor Point.
Troopers at 3 p.m. went to an Anchor Point address to investigate a trespass complaint. Troopers contacted a 21-year-old Homer man and said he possessed heroin. Troopers arrested the man for fourth-degree misconduct involving a controlled substance.
April 19
Troopers at 3:05 p.m. stopped for speeding a 54-year-old Anchor Point woman driving a red Ford pickup truck near Mile 162 Sterling Highway in Homer and arrested the woman for driving under the influence and refusal to submit to a chemical test.
April 22
Troopers at 9:35 p.m. stopped for an equipment violation a 48-year-old Anchor Point man driving a Toyota Corolla near Mile 106 Sterling Highway. Troopers said the man had a revoked license and arrested him for driving while license revoked. He was taken to the Homer Jail. The car was released to a licensed driver.
