Alaska State Troopers at 2:30 p.m. stopped a suspect vehicle near Mile 162 Sterling Highway after receiving a “report every dangerous driver immediately” complaint that the driver crossed the centerline. Troopers said the driver, a 23-year-old Anchor Point woman, had been texting while driving. They arrested her for driving with a screen device operating and took her to the Homer Jail on bail of $500.
