It’s been over two months and Mama Mona, Lakshmi, Georgia and Lil’ Stripe are still here. Let’s work together to find them their new homes. Sisters Lakshmi and Georgia will be one pair; Mona and her boy Lil’ Stripe will be the other. The kittens are still a little skittish, but they have come so far and they continue to learn and mature. Mona is extremely sweet and outgoing. She has shown them all the benefits of human companionship. We are certain that they will continue to blossom once they are in a home and out of the shelter. Please open your hearts and call us to meet them.

The animal shelter is located across from the Public Works Department off the Sterling Highway. The shelter’s business hours are noon-7 p.m. Tuesday, noon-5 p.m. Wednesday-Friday, and 11 a.m. – 4 p.m. Saturday-Sunday. Closed Mondays. For more information, call 907-235-3141.
