Ethel is a beautiful 1.5-year-old Tabico (tabby and calico). She was brought in with a few of her kittens. She’s part of three (that we know of) generations of strays. We got her kittens and even her mama adopted — now it’s her turn. She’s a little shy at first, but she opens up and immediately loves all the attention. She’ll flop over for belly rubs and under the chin scratches. If you’d like to meet her, call us to make an appointment.
The animal shelter is located across from the Public Works Department off the Sterling Highway. The shelter’s business hours are noon-7 p.m. Tuesday, noon-5 p.m. Wednesday-Friday, and 11 a.m. – 4 p.m. Saturday-Sunday. Closed Mondays. For more information, call 907-235-3141.
