Found half -frozen and starving, abandoned by the side of the road in the dead of winter, Mink is very ready for an indoor only home. This 4-year-old dark tortie is super loving, but does not do well with other cats. A diamond in the rough, this little girl should provide years of companionship and affection.   

To adopt a pet, call or stop by the animal shelter across from the city’s Public Works Department off the Sterling Highway. The shelter is open from noon-5 p.m., Tuesday through Saturday. For more information, call 235-3141.
