Homer ceramic artist Cynthia Morelli has had a piece selected for New Directions ’14, a national juried contemporary art exhibition at the Barrett Art Center, Poughkeepsie, N.Y.

Morelli’s “Unititled Instrument” was one of 80 works selected out of 700 entries. The exhibit opened last month and is on display through Nov. 8.
