Firefighters and emergency medical technicians went to four medical calls and seven fire calls.

Homer Fire
May 19-25
Firefighters and emergency medical technicians went to 13 medical calls and nine fire calls.
May 23
Firefighters went to a Rochelle Road home for a smell of an electrical fire.
Firefighters went to a Cook Way home for a porch fire. The fire was out when they arrived.
Firefighters went to many unattended and attended campfires over the weekend. A open burn ban was declared by the Alaska State Forester and in effect for the entire Kenai Peninsula, including public and private property. This means no open wood or charcoal fires. The use of gas camp stoves and grills which can be turned off immediately are still permitted.

Firefighters and emergency medical technicians went to one medical call and six fire calls. KES also sent two vehicles and six firefighters to help on the Funny River Fire.
