Michael G. Martines, 64, pleaded guilty at his arraignment to violating conditions of release. A charge of fourth-degree theft was dismissed. He was sentenced to 95 days in jail with 85 days suspended; ordered to pay $50 to support the Police Training Fund and a $150 jail surcharge with $100 suspended; ordered to attend an alcohol safety action program; ordered to apply for an Alaska Permanent Fund Dividend and pay restitution; and was placed on probation for one year.

Eric L. Gordon, 44, third-degree assault, three counts; second-degree assault, all domestic-violence related, felony indictment.

Trevor C. Kearney, 45, Anchor Point, sixth-degree misconduct involving a controlled substance, marijuana.

Jonathan D. Mahoney, 20, driving without a valid operator’s license.

William D. Tillion Jr., 42, Anchorage, fourth-degree misconduct involving a controlled substance, heroin, a felony.

Kevin P. McCarthy, 31, DUI.
