He was sentenced to 95 days in jail with 85 days suspended; ordered to pay $50 to support the Police Training Fund and a $150 jail surcharge with $100 suspended; ordered to attend an alcohol safety action program; ordered to apply for an Alaska Permanent Fund Dividend and pay restitution; and was placed on probation for one year.
