Judgments
Abram Z. Kraskov, 56, pleaded guilty to failure to appear in court. He was fined $500 with $250 suspended and sentenced to 40 days in jail with 40 days suspended; ordered to pay $50 to support the Police Training Fund and a $150 jail surcharge with $100 suspended; ordered to attend an alcohol safety action program and install an ignition interlock device; had his drivers license revoked for 90 days; and was placed on probation for two years. He also pleaded guilty to driving while license revoked. He was fined $1,000 and sentenced to 90 days in jail with 60 days suspended; and had his drivers license revoked for 90 days.
Aaron R. Weisser, 33, pleaded guilty to taking a sublegal moose. He was fined $300 and ordered to forfeit moose meat and antlers, and ordered to pay $10 to support the Police Training Fund.
