Brina L. Smith-Tennison, 19, charge dismissed, fourth-degree theft.

Madison J. Chacon, 28, charges dismissed, reckless driving, two counts of third-degree weapons misconduct, two counts of second-degree weapons misconduct, second-degree misconduct involving a controlled substance, third-degree misconduct involving a controlled substance, fourth-degree misconduct involving a controlled substance. She pleaded guilty to an amended charge of attempted fourth-degree misconduct involving a controlled substance and was sentenced to 360 days in jail with 180 days suspended and fined $500; ordered to pay $50 to support the Police Training Fund and a $150 jail surcharge with $100 suspended; ordered to follow treatment evaluation and complete requirements set in a previous court case; and was placed on probation for one year.

Jacob A. Dooley, 34, charge dismissed, driving while license cancelled, suspended, revoked or limited. He pleaded guilty to an amended charge of driving without a driver’s license. He was fined $150 and ordered to pay $50 to support the Police Training Fund.

Steven P. Saunders, 47, charges dismissed, avoid interlock ignition device, improper use of registration. He pleaded guilty to driving while license revoked. He was sentenced to 20 days in jail with 10 days suspended; ordered to pay $50 to support the Police Training Fund and a $150 jail surcharge with $100 suspended; had his driver’s license revoked for 90 days; and was placed on probation for one year. He also pleaded guilty to failure to appear in court and was sentenced to 30 days in jail with 30 days suspended.

Jonathan D. Mahoney, 22, Anchor Point, charges dismissed, second-degree burglary, possession of burglary tools. He pleaded guilty to an amended charge of second-degree theft and was sentenced to 90 days in jail with 85 days suspended; ordered to pay $50 to support the Police Training Fund and a $150 jail surcharge with $100 suspended; ordered to pay restitution and apply for an Alaska Permanent Fund Dividend and forfeit items seized; ordered not to have contact with the Driftwood Inn or his victim; and was placed on probation for one year. He also pleaded guilty to two counts of fourth-degree theft and was fined $500.

Wendell Birdtail, 51, charge dismissed, second-degree harassment. He pleaded guilty to two counts of second-degree criminal trespass. He was sentenced to five days in jail; ordered to pay $50 to support the Police Training Fund and a $100 jail surcharge.

Stefan B. Nields, 43, charge dismissed, second-degree criminal trespass. He pleaded guilty to fifth-degree criminal mischief and indecent exposure and was sentenced to 10 days in jail with 10 days suspended; ordered to pay $50 to support the Police Training Fund and a $150 jail surcharge with $100 suspended; ordered to get a mental health evaluation; and was placed on probation for one year.

Max A. Cragun, 49, charges dismissed, second-degree misconduct involving a controlled substance, third-degree misconduct involving a controlled substance, fourth-degree misconduct involving a controlled substance, three counts. He pleaded guilty to fourth-degree misconduct involving a controlled substance and was sentenced to 24 months in jail with four months suspended; ordered to pay $50 to support the Police Training Fund and a $150 jail surcharge with $100 suspended; ordered to forfeit all items seized except his car and knife; and was placed on probation for three years.

Dominick I. Hurn, 20, Wasilla, charges dismissed, fourth-degree assault, minor consuming alcohol. He pleaded guilty to resisting arrest. He was sentenced to 30 days in jail with 25 days suspended; ordered to pay $50 to support the Police Training Fund and a $150 jail surcharge with $100 suspended; and was placed on probation for one year.

James W. Mclay, 72, charge dismissed, resisting arrest. He pleaded guilty to driving under the influence. He was fined $4,000 with $1,000 suspended and sentenced to 30 days in jail with 27 days suspended; ordered to pay $75 to support the Police Training Fund, a $150 jail surcharge with $100 suspended and the $1,467 cost of imprisonment; ordered to attend an alcohol safety action program and install an ignition interlock device; had his driver’s license revoked for one year; and was placed on probation for two years.

Joshua R. Black, 23, Anchorage, pleaded guilty to driving while license cancelled, suspended, revoked or limited. He was sentenced to 20 days in jail with 10 days suspended and ordered to complete 40 hours of community work service; ordered to pay $50 to support the Police Training Fund and a $150 jail surcharge with $100 suspended; had his driver’s license revoked for 90 days; and was placed on probation for one year.

Pete Crooke, 43, pleaded no contest to disorderly conduct and was sentenced to 24 hours in jail. He was ordered to pay $50 to support the Police Training Fund.

Mark A. Palm, 27, Nikiski, pleaded guilty to driving under the influence. He was fined $2,000 with $500 suspended and sentenced to 30 days in jail with 27 days suspended; ordered to pay $75 to support the Police Training Fund, a $150 jail surcharge with $100 suspended and the $330 cost of imprisonment; ordered to attend an alcohol safety action program and install an ignition interlock device; had his driver’s license revoked for 90 days; and was placed on probation for one year.

Nikita Kuzmin, 42, Anchor Point, pleaded guilty to driving while license cancelled, suspended, revoked or limited. He was fined $1,000 and sentenced to 150 days in jail with 120 days suspended; ordered to pay $50 to support the Police Training Fund and a $150 jail surcharge with $100 suspended; and was placed on probation for one year.

Steven W. Morris, 59, Ninilchik, pleaded guilty to driving under the influence. He was fined $2,000 with $500 suspended and sentenced to 30 days in jail with 27 days suspended; ordered to pay $75 to support the Police Training Fund, a $150 jail surcharge with $100 suspended and the $330 cost of imprisonment; ordered to attend an alcohol safety action program and install an ignition interlock device; had his driver’s license revoked for 90 days; and was placed on probation for one year.

Johnney Boy Newman, 24, pleaded guilty to fourth-degree theft. He was sentenced to 10 days in jail with five days suspended and ordered to perform 40 hours of community work service; ordered to pay $50 to support the Police Training Fund and a $100 jail surcharged with $100 suspended; ordered not to have contact with Starvin’ Marvin’s; and was placed on probation for one year.

Lowell L. Buck, 53, Seward, pleaded guilty to driving without a valid operator’s license. He was fined $150 and ordered to pay $50 to support the Police Training Fund.

Michael T. Sampson, 64, pleaded guilty to violation of custodial duty. He was sentenced to 30 days in jail with 30 days suspended; ordered to pay $50 to support the Police Training Fund and a $150 jail surcharge with $100 suspended; ordered not to be a third-party custodian; and was placed on probation for one year.

Daymon L. Allison, 52, Anchor Point, pleaded not guilty to driving under the influence. He was found guilty in a bench trial and was fined $4,000 with $1,000 suspended and sentenced to 30 days in jail with 10 days suspended; ordered to pay $75 to support the Police Training Fund, a $150 jail surcharge with $100 suspended and the $1,467 cost of imprisonment; ordered to attend an alcohol safety action program and install an ignition interlock device; had his driver’s license revoked for one year; and was placed on probation for two years. He also pleaded not guilty to fourth-degree assault, domestic violence, and was found guilty in a bench trial. He was sentenced to 60 days in jail with 55 days suspended consecutive with the DUI sentence and ordered not to have contact with his victim.

Jonathan D. Golden, 42, Anchorage, pleaded guilty to driving while license cancelled, suspended, revoked or limited. He was sentenced to 20 days in jail with 20 days suspended and ordered to perform 80 hours of community work service; ordered to pay $50 to support the Police Training Fund and a $150 jail surcharge with $100 suspended; had his driver’s license revoked for 90 days; and was placed on probation for one year.
