Judgments

Donald W. Pinnow, 50, charge dismissed, first-degree sexual assault.

Deonisy I. Konev, 30, pleaded guilty to driving under the influence. He was fined $3,000 with $1,500 suspended and sentenced to 90 days in jail with 87 days suspended; ordered to pay $75 to support the Police Training Fund, a $150 jail surcharge with $100 suspended and the $330 cost of imprisonment; ordered to attend an alcohol safety action program and install an ignition interlock device; had his driver’s license revoked for 90 days; and was placed on probation for two years.

Michael G. Barrett, 50, pleaded guilty to driving under the influence. He was fined $2,000 with $500 suspended and sentenced to 90 days in jail with 87 days suspended; ordered to pay $75 to support the Police Training Fund, a $150 jail surcharge with $100 suspended and the $330 cost of imprisonment; ordered to attend an
alcohol safety action program and install an ignition interlock device; had his driver’s license revoked for 90 days; and was placed on probation for two years.

Sheila R. Shaw, 54, pleaded guilty to driving while license revoked. She was sentenced to 20 days in jail with 10 days suspended and ordered to perform 80 hours of community work service; ordered to pay $50 to support the Police Training Fund and a $100 probation surcharge with $100 suspended; had her driver’s license revoked for 90 days; and was placed on probation for one year.

Kenneth C. Altman, 21, pleaded guilty to not having a driver’s license. He was fined $100 and ordered to pay $50 to support the Police Training Fund.
