He also pleaded guilty to violating conditions of release and was fined $500 with $500 suspended and sentenced to 90 days in jail with 85 days suspended.
Lee J. Henry, 51, pleaded guilty to second-degree criminal trespass. He was fined $500 with $500 suspended and sentenced to 30 days in jail with 20 days suspended; ordered to pay $50 to support the Police Training Fund and a $150 jail surcharge with $100 suspended; ordered not to possess or consume alcohol; ordered not to return to Cook Inlet Region Inc. property off Main Street; and was placed on probation for one year.
