Trevor K. Latimer, 44, pleaded guilty to fourth-degree assault, domestic violence. He was fined $1,000 with $500 suspended and sentenced to 180 days in jail with 160 days suspended; ordered to pay $50 to support the Police Training Fund and a $150 jail surcharge with $100 suspended; ordered to apply for an Alaska Permanent Fund dividend and pay restitution; ordered to attend a domestic violence intervention program; ordered to attend an alcohol safety action program; ordered not to contact his victims; and was placed on probation for three years.
Timothy A. Gazsy, 26, pleaded guilty to driving under the influence. He was fined $2,000 with $500 suspended and sentenced to 60 days in jail with 57 days suspended; ordered to pay $75 to support the Police Training Fund, a $150 jail surcharge with $100 suspended and the $330 cost of imprisonment; ordered to attend an alcohol safety action program and install an ignition interlock device; had his driver’s license revoked for 90 days; and was placed on probation for one year.
Mark E. Ervice, 64, pleaded guilty at his arraignment to driving under the influence.
