Judgments

Axel R, Bear, 18, pleaded guilty to fourth-degree criminal mischief. He was sentenced to 30 days in jail with 30 days suspended; ordered to pay $50 to support the Police Training Fund and a $150 jail surcharge with $100 suspended; ordered to apply for an Alaska Permanent Fund Dividend and pay restitution; ordered to attend an alcohol safety action program; and was placed on probation for one year. He also pleaded guilty to fourth-degree assault, domestic violence, and was fined $500 and sentenced to 65 days in jail with 60 days suspended and ordered to attend a batterer’s intervention program with South Peninsula Haven House.

Tiffany Couch, 20, Anchor Point, operating a vehicle without a driver’s license.
