Judgments

Andres A. Jauregui, 36, charge dismissed, driving in violation of license limitation. He pleaded guilty to driving while license canceled, suspended, revoked or limited. He was sentenced to 70 days in jail with 60 days suspended; ordered to pay $50 to support the Police Training Fund and a $150 jail surcharge with $100 suspended; had his driver’s license revoked for 90 days; and was placed on probation for three years.

Stephanie Marie Cozadd-Pearson, 23, pleaded guilty to driving under the influence. She was fined $2,000 with $500 suspended and sentenced to 90 days in jail with 87 days suspended; ordered to pay $75 to support the Police Training Fund, a $150 jail surcharge with $100 suspended and the $330 cost of imprisonment; ordered to attend an alcohol safety action program and install an ignition interlock device; had her driver’s license revoked for 90 days; and was placed on probation for one year. She also pleaded guilty to violating conditions of release and was sentenced to 60 days in jail with 60 days suspended.

Mary L. Bartlett, 68, Anchor Point, pleaded guilty to driving under the influence. She was fined $5,000 with $1,000 suspended and sentenced to 260 days in jail with 200 days suspended; ordered to pay $75 to support the Police Training Fund, a $150 jail surcharge with $100 suspended and the $2,000 cost of imprisonment; ordered to attend an alcohol safety action program and install an ignition interlock device; had her driver’s license revoked for three years; and was placed on probation for three years.

Randall L. Igou, 23, pleaded guilty to driving while license revoked. He was fined $500 with $500 suspended and sentenced to 90 days in jail with 80 days suspended; ordered to pay $50 to support the Police Training Fund and a $150 jail surcharge with $100 suspended; had his driver’s license revoked for 90 days; and was placed on probation for three years.

Brittany D. Kunz, 23, pleaded guilty to driving while license suspended. She was sentenced to 20 days in jail with 10 days suspended; ordered to pay $50 to support the Police Training Fund and a $150 jail surcharge with $100 suspended; had her driver’s license revoked for 90 days; and was placed on probation for one year. She also pleaded guilty to contributing to the delinquency of a minor and was fined $500 with $500 suspended and sentenced to 60 days in jail with 55 days suspended.

Jason T. Krause, 43, pleaded guilty to driving under the influence. He was fined $3,000 with $1,500 suspended and sentenced to 90 days in jail with 87 days suspended; ordered to pay $75 to support the Police Training Fund, a $150 jail surcharge with $100 suspended and the $330 cost of imprisonment; ordered to attend an alcohol safety action program and install an ignition interlock device; had his driver’s license revoked for 90 days; and was placed on probation for two years.

Michael C. Schade, 49, Cherry Valley, Mass., pleaded guilty to driving under the influence. He was fined $4,000 with $1,000 suspended and sentenced to 180 days in jail with 150 days suspended; ordered to pay $75 to support the Police Training Fund, a $150 jail surcharge with $100 suspended and the $1,467 cost of imprisonment; ordered to attend an alcohol safety action program and install an ignition interlock device; had his driver’s license revoked for one year; and was placed on probation for three years.

Deborah Hannah, 50, Ninilchik, pleaded guilty to driving under the influence. She was fined $3,000 with $1,500 suspended and sentenced to 180 days in jail with 177 days suspended; ordered to pay $75 to support the Police Training Fund, a $150 jail surcharge with $100 suspended and the $330 cost of imprisonment; ordered to attend an alcohol safety action program and install an ignition interlock device; had her driver’s license revoked for 90 days; and was placed on probation for one year.

Keenan C. Brizendine, 22, pleaded guilty to an amended charge of failure to stop at the direction of a police officer. He was sentenced to 300 days in jail with 270 days suspended and ordered to perform 240 hours of community work service; ordered to pay $50 to support the Police Training Fund and a $150 jail surcharge with $100 suspended; ordered to attend an alcohol safety action program; and was placed on probation for three years.

Bradlee L. Beason, 28, pleaded guilty to resisting arrest. He was sentenced to 90 days in jail with 86 days suspended; ordered to pay $55 to support the Police Training Fund and a $150 jail surcharge with $100 suspended; and was placed on probation for one year.

Bruce C. Larson, 52, pleaded guilty to resisting arrest. He was sentenced to 20 days in jail and ordered to pay $50 to support the Police Training Fund and a $50 jail surcharge.

Octavia M. Doner-Pond, 19, pleaded guilty to an amended charge of second-degree harassment. She was sentenced to 45 days in jail with 40 days suspended; ordered to pay $50 to support the Police Training Fund and a $150 jail surcharge with $100 suspended; ordered to obtain a mental health assessment and follow recommendations; and was placed on probation for one year.

Jason M. Cunningham, 38, pleaded guilty to second-degree unlawful contact. He was fined $200 and ordered to pay $10 to support the Police Training Fund.

Ross A. Poindexter, 24, pleaded guilty to disorderly conduct. He was sentenced to 10 days in jail with all but time served suspended; ordered to pay $50 to support the Police Training Fund and a $150 jail surcharge with $100 suspended; ordered to attend an alcohol safety action program and not possess or consume alcohol; and was placed on probation for one year.

Eric L. Gordon, 44, pleaded guilty to fourth-degree assault, domestic violence. He was fined $1,500 with $1,000 suspended and sentenced to 180 days in jail with 120 days suspended; ordered to pay $50 to support the Police Training Fund and a $150 jail surcharge with $100 suspended; ordered to attend alcohol safety action and batterers intervention programs; ordered to apply for an Alaska Permanent Fund Dividend and pay restitution; and was placed on probation for three years. He also pleaded guilty to unlawful conduct and was fined $500 with $500 suspended and sentenced to 90 days in jail with 90 days suspended.

Darren S. Husz, 30, pleaded guilty at his arraignment to driving under the influence. He was fined $3,000 with $1,500 suspended and sentenced to 90 days in jail with 87 days suspended; ordered to pay $75 to support the Police Training Fund, a $150 jail surcharge with $100 suspended and the $330 cost of imprisonment; ordered to attend an alcohol safety action program and install an ignition interlock device; had his driver’s license revoked for 90 days; and was placed on probation for one year.
