Judgments

Jennifer M. Godola, 29, pleaded guilty to an amended charge of attempted fourth-degree misconduct involving a controlled substance. She was sentenced to 360 days in jail with 300 days suspended; ordered to pay $50 to support the Police Training Fund and a $150 jail surcharge with $100 suspended; ordered to attend an alcohol safety action program; and was placed on probation for three years.

Philip K. Christensen, 70, pleaded guilty to not having motor vehicle insurance. He was fined $500. He also pleaded guilty to not having an operator’s license and was sentenced to 20 days in jail with 20 days suspended and was placed on probation for one year.

Jason P. Meyer, 35, pleaded guilty to an amended charge of disorderly conduct. He was sentenced to time served in jail and ordered to pay $50 to support the Police Training Fund and a $50 jail surcharge.

Monica J. Hanley, 22, pleaded guilty to second degree hindering prosecution. Imposition of sentence was suspended subject to the condition that she perform 40 hours of community work service. She was placed on probation for one year.

Amelia R. Inman, 19, pleaded guilty to an amended charge of fourth-degree theft. Imposition of sentence was suspended subject to the condition that she perform 40 hours of community work service. She was placed on probation for one year.

Stacy E. Leitza, 42, Kasilof, pleaded guilty to driving under the influence. She was fined $2,000 with $500 suspended and sentenced to 90 days in jail with 87 days suspended; ordered to pay $75 to support the Police Training Fund, a $150 jail surcharge with $100 suspended and the $330 cost of imprisonment; ordered to attend an alcohol safety action program; had her driver’s license revoked for 90 days; and was placed on probation for one year.

Adam F. Veerhusen, 32, pleaded no contest to second-degree criminal trespass. Imposition of sentence was suspended subject to the condition that he pay $50 to support the Police Training Fund and commit no jailable offenses while on probation for three years.

Samuel D. Neace, 24, pleaded guilty to second-degree criminal trespass. He was fined $500 with $250 suspended and sentenced to 30 days in jail with 25 days suspended; ordered to pay $50 to support the Police Training Fund and a $150 jail surcharge with $100 suspended; ordered not to be on the property of Homer Spit Tobacco; and was placed on probation for one year.

Renee P. Cardwell, 24, pleaded guilty at her arraignment to fourth-degree theft. She was sentenced to 30 days in jail with 30 days suspended; ordered to pay $50 to support the Police Training Fund and a $150 jail surcharge with $100 suspended; ordered not to be on the property of Bidarka Inn; and was placed on probation for one year.

Adam J. Traugott, 20, pleaded guilty at his arraignment to driving under the influence. He was fined $3,000 with $1,500 suspended and sentenced to 90 days in jail with 87 days suspended; ordered to pay $75 to support the Police Training Fund, a $150 jail surcharge with $100 suspended and the $330 cost of imprisonment; ordered to attend an alcohol safety action program and install an ignition interlock device; had his driver’s license revoked for 90 days; and was placed on probation for one year.

Andrew Brooke, 50, Anchor Point, pleaded guilty at his arraignment to driving under the influence. He was fined $3,000 with $1,500 suspended and sentenced to 90 days in jail with 87 days suspended; ordered to pay $75 to support the Police Training Fund, a $150 jail surcharge with $100 suspended and the $330 cost of imprisonment; ordered to attend an alcohol safety action program and install an ignition interlock device; had
his driver’s license revoked for 90 days; and was placed on probation for one year.
