Krystal Hunter, 31, charge dismissed, driving while license suspended.
Margaret E. Mitchell, 53, charges dismissed, fourth-degree misconduct involving a controlled substance, two counts. She pleaded guilty to an amended charge of fifth-degree misconduct involving a controlled substance. She was sentenced to 180 days in jail with 170 days suspended and ordered to perform 80 hours of community work service to satisfy jail time; ordered to pay $50 to support the Police Training Fund and a $150 jail surcharge with $100 suspended; ordered to report to Cook Inlet Council on Alcohol and Drug Abuse; ordered to forfeit items seized; and was placed on probation for two years.
David D. Knisely, 55, Anchor Point, pleaded guilty to driving under the influence. He was fined $2,000 with $500 suspended and sentenced to 45 days in jail with 42 days suspended; ordered to pay $75 to support the Police Training Fund, a $150 jail surcharge with $100 suspended and the $330 cost of imprisonment; ordered to attend an alcohol safety action program and install an ignition interlock device; had his driver’s license revoked for 90 days; and was placed on probation for one year.
Michael W. Crafford, 32, Fritz Creek, pleaded guilty to driving under the influence. He was fined $2,000 with $500 suspended and sentenced to 90 days in jail with 85 days suspended; ordered to pay $75 to support the Police Training Fund, a $150 jail surcharge with $100 suspended and the $330 cost of imprisonment; ordered to attend an alcohol safety action program and install an ignition interlock device; had his driver’s license revoked for 90 days; and was placed on probation for two years.
Paul M. Pacheco, 45, Seward, pleaded guilty to driving under the influence. He was fined $4,000 with $1,000 suspended and sentenced to 180 days in jail with 160 days suspended; ordered to pay $75 to support the Police Training Fund, a $150 jail surcharge with $100 suspended and the $1,467 cost of imprisonment; ordered to attend an alcohol safety action program and install an ignition interlock device; had his driver’s license revoked for one year; and was placed on probation for three years. He pleaded guilty to driving while license suspended and was sentenced to 40 days in jail with 30 days suspended. He also pleaded guilty to a second count of driving while license suspended and was fined $1,000 with $500 suspended and sentenced to 90 days in jail with 70 days suspended, with credit for time served to be applied to all charges.
Michael L. Murphy, 27, pleaded not guilty to sixth-degree misconduct involving a controlled substance and was found guilty in a court trial. He was fined $150.
Andrew M. Hill, 30, pleaded guilty to driving while license revoked. He was sentenced to 20 days in jail with 10 days suspended; ordered to pay $50 to support the Police Training Fund and a $100 probation surcharge with $100 suspended; ordered to perform 80 hours of community work service to satisfy jail time; had his driver’s license revoked for 90 days; and was placed on probation for one year.
Corey Rorem, 22, pleaded guilty to not having a valid operator’s license and was fined $150 and ordered to pay $50 to support the Police Training Fund.
Ashley S. Norcross, 19, pleaded guilty to permitting an unauthorized person to drive. Imposition of sentence was suspended subject to the condition that Norcross pay a $50 court surcharge and a $250 fine; and was placed on probation for one year.
Shane D. Corbell, 19, pleaded guilty to not having a valid operator’s license and was fined $150 and ordered to pay $50 to support the Police Training Fund.
Steven D. House, 23, pleaded guilty to not having motor vehicle liability insurance. He was fined $500 and sentenced to 30 days in jail with 30 days suspended; ordered to pay $50 to support the Police Training Fund and a $100 probation surcharge with $100 suspended; and was placed on probation for one year.
Willie F. Hamilton, 54, pleaded guilty to second-degree criminal trespass. He was sentenced to 30 days in jail; ordered to pay $50 to support the Police Training Fund and $50 jail surcharge.
