Court records show the following actions taken in Homer District Court through July 10:

Judgments

William O. Daugherty, 49, charge dismissed, sixth-degree misconduct involving a controlled substance, April 6, 2012, charge, lack of speedy trial.

Daniel J. Halvorson, 47, charge dismissed, driving while license revoked, Feb. 4, 2014 charge; defendant died March 23, 2014.

Robert L. Drake, 33, charge dismissed, third-degree assault, domestic violence, failure to hold preliminary hearing.

Stephen C. Ohm, 62, Ninilchik, pleaded guilty at his arraignment to driving under the influence. He was fined $2,000 with $500 suspended and sentenced to 90 days in jail with 87 days suspended; ordered to pay $75 to support the Police Training Fund, a $150 jail surcharge with $100 suspended and the $330 cost of imprisonment; ordered to attend an alcohol safety action program and install an ignition interlock device; had his driver’s license revoked for 90 days; and was placed on probation for one year.

Marta M. Lewis, 35, driving under the influence, prescription medicine, driving while license suspended.
