Court records show the following actions taken in Homer District Court through Sept. 11: 

Judgments

Alyssa M. Decook, 25, charge dismissed, fourth-degree assault.

Aaron J. Spaulding, 29, charge dismissed, minor consuming alcohol, Oct. 27, 2002 charge.

Joshua R. Horner, 30, pleaded guilty to an amended charge of improper annual harvest record for finfish, a violation. He was fined $500 and ordered to pay $10 to support the Police Training Fund. 

David L. Debrosse, 55, pleaded guilty to driving under the influence. He was fined $2,000 with $500 suspended and sentenced to 90 days in jail with 87 days suspended; ordered to pay $75 to support the Police Training Fund, a $150 jail surcharge with $100 suspended and the $330 cost of imprisonment; ordered to attend an alcohol safety action program and install an ignition interlock device; had his driver’s license revoked for 90 days; and was placed on probation for one year.

James M. Swan, 40, pleaded guilty to driving while license revoked. He was sentenced to 40 days in jail with 30 days suspended; ordered to pay $50 to support the Police Training Fund and a $150 jail surcharge with $100 suspended; had his driver’s license revoked for 90 days; and was placed on probation for one year.

Criminal Court

Steven J. Squires, 25, fifth-degree criminal mischief.

Garner T. Sackett, 29, driving under the influence, refusal to submit to a chemical test.

Christopher T. Watson, 28, fourth-degree misconduct involving a controlled substance, a felony; DUI, controlled substance.

Ryan H. Norkus, 25, third-degree criminal mischief, a felony.

Kenneth C. Butts, 44, first-degree criminal trespassing, fourth-degree theft.
