Julianne Renee Spellman pleaded guilty to driving with a cancelled, suspended, revoked or limited license. She was sentenced to 90 days in jail with 80 days suspended; ordered to pay $50 to support the Police Training Fund, a $150 jail surcharge with $100 suspended; had her driver’s license revoked for 90 days; and was placed on probation for two years.

Robert A. Jones, 69, pleaded guilty to driving under the influence. He was fined $4,000 with $1,000 suspended and sentenced to 360 days in jail with 335 days suspended; ordered to pay $75 to support the Police Training Fund, a $50 jail surcharge and the $1,467 cost of imprisonment; ordered to attend an alcohol safety action program and install an ignition interlock device; had his driver’s license revoked for one year; and was placed on probation for three years.

Staci Joseph, 23, pleaded guilty to driving without a valid operator license. She was fined $150 and ordered to pay $50 to support the Police Training Fund.

Kevin Michael Dee, 57, pleaded guilty to big game antler requirements and sealing of horns and antlers. He was fined $750 and ordered to pay $20 to support the Police Training Fund.

Bryce C. Donich, 18, charge dismissed, assault three – causing fear of injury with a weapon. Donich pleaded guilty to assault four – causing fear of injury. He was fined $1,000 with $1,000 suspended and sentenced to 270 days in jail with 265 days suspended; ordered to pay $50 to support the Police Training Fund, a $150 jail surcharge with $100 suspended; ordered to perform 40 hours community work service; ordered to pay restitution and to apply for an Alaska Permanent Fund Dividend, if eligible, each year until restitution is paid in full; to provide a DNA sample upon request of an officer on behalf of the state; forfeit items seized as evidence; and was placed on probation for 3 years.

Mark Scholl, 60, pleaded guilty to falsifying commercial fishing license application. He was fined $1,000.

Michael W. Ardenia, 18, charge dismissed, driving in violation of instructional permit. 

Mary Elizabeth Moore, 50, charge dismissed, assault in the fourth degree. Moore pleaded guilty to criminal trespassing in a dwelling. She was sentenced to 50 days in jail with 45 days suspended, with credit for time served; ordered to pay $50 to support the Police Training Fund, a $150 jail surcharge with $100 suspended and was placed on probation for one year.

Derek Michael Parker, 25, pleaded guilty to driving under the influence. He was fined $2,000 with $500 suspended and sentenced to 100 days in jail with 97 days suspended; ordered to pay $75 to support the Police Training Fund, a $50 jail surcharge and the $330 cost of imprisonment; ordered to attend an alcohol safety action program and install an ignition interlock device; had his driver’s license revoked for 90 days; and was placed on probation for one year.

Joshua Reuben Lathrop, 38, charges dismissed, criminal trespassing in a dwelling; burglary one — use or threatening with a weapon; assault two — injury with weapon.

Thomas S. Grafstrom, 38, pleaded guilty to harassment two — offensive physical contact. He was fined $500 with $500 suspended and sentenced to 50 days in jail with 45 days suspended; ordered to pay $50 to support the Police Training Fund, a $100 jail surcharge with $100 suspended, ordered to pay restitution and to apply for an Alaska Permanent Fund Dividend, if eligible, each year until restitution is paid; ordered to perform 40 hours of community work service; and was placed on probation for one year.

He sentenced to 20 days in jail with 10 days suspended, with the unsuspended 10 days served by performing 80 hours of community work service; ordered to pay $50 to support the Police Training Fund, a $150 jail surcharge with $100 suspended; ordered to pay $100 for the cost of appointed counsel; had his driver’s license revoked for 90 days; and was placed on probation for one year.

Heather Rae Reichenburg, 38, charge dismissed, refusing to submit to a chemical test. Reichenburg pleaded guilty to negligent driving. She was fined $300 and ordered to pay $10 to support the Police Training Fund

Joseph V. Gabryszak, 33, charges dismissed, controlled substance four – delivering over one ounce; controlled substance four – building or vehicle to distribute. Sackett pleaded guilty to controlled substance four – possessing over 25 cannabis plants. He was fined $5,000 with $5,000 suspended and sentenced to 360 days in jail with 300 days suspended; ordered to pay $50 to support the Police Training Fund, a $150 jail surcharge with $100; ordered to forfeit all items seized as evidence to the state, except for nine items listed on record and agreed to by the parties; and was placed on probation for three years.

Fred P. Weiss, 68, pleaded guilty to driving with a cancelled, suspended, revoked or limited license. He was fined $500 and sentenced to 40 days in jail with 30 days suspended with credit for time served; ordered to perform 80 hours community work service; ordered to pay $50 to support the Police Training Fund, a $150 jail surcharge with $100 suspended; had his driver’s license revoked for 90 days; and was placed on probation for two years.
