Sheri Lynne Carr, 51, pleaded guilty to immediate notice of accident required. She was ordered to pay restitution and sentenced to 60 days in jail with 60 days suspended; ordered to pay $50 to support the Police Training Fund, a $100 jail surcharge with $100 suspended; and was placed on probation for one year.
Joseph Kuzmin, 40, pleaded guilty to driving with a canceled, suspended, revoked, or limited license. He was fined $1,000 and sentenced to 90 days in jail with 60 days suspended, with credit for time served; ordered to pay $50 for the cost of appointed counsel; ordered to pay $50 to support the Police Training Fund, a $150 jail surcharge with $100 suspended; had his driver’s license revoked for 90 days; and was placed on probation for two years.
Jeffrey S. Howell, 48, pleaded guilty to driving without a valid operator license, violation of conditions. He was fined $250 and sentenced to 50 days in jail with 50 days suspended; ordered to pay $100 to support the Police Training Fund; and was placed on probation for one year.

Justin W. Post, 39, pleaded guilty to driving with a canceled, suspended, revoked, or limited license. He was fined $1,000 and sentenced to 30 days in jail; ordered to pay $100 for the cost of appointed counsel; ordered to pay $50 to support the Police Training Fund; and had his driver’s license revoked for 90 days.

Zachary Patrick Kankanton, 24, pleaded guilty to assault in the fourth degree. He was fined $1,000 with $1,000 suspended and sentenced to 150 days in jail with 120 days suspended with credit for time served; ordered to pay $50 to support the Police Training Fund, a $150 jail surcharge with $100 suspended; ordered to provide a DNA sample upon request of an officer on behalf of the state; and was placed on probation for two years, during which he was ordered not to have contact with Allen Kankanton unless he files a written consent with the court and not to possess or consume alcohol or other intoxicating beverages.
Fadey V. Kuzmin, 43, pleaded guilty to application of regulations, hunting seasons and bag limits for moose unit 15; charges dismissed, use of motorized vehicle in lower Kenai controlled-use area, unlawful possession or transportation of game, failure to salvage all edible meat, application of regulations, harvest ticket not in possession and failure to validate. He was fined $3,000 with $1,000 suspended; ordered to pay $50 to support the Police Training Fund; ordered to forfeit meat, antlers and rifle to the state; had his hunting license revoked until December 31, 2017; ordered to pay restitution and was placed on probation for two years.
Dimitry V. Kuzmin, 39, pleaded guilty to unlawful possession or transportation of game; charges dismissed, use of motorized vehicle in lower Kenai controlled-use area. He was fined $2,000 with $750 suspended; ordered to pay $50 to support the Police Training Fund; had his hunting license revoked until December 31, 2017; and was placed on probation for two years.
Jonathan Robert Cumpton, 27, pleaded guilty to violation of condition of release for felony; charges dismissed, violations of condition of release for felony. He was sentenced to 90 days in jail with 90 days suspended; ordered to report to treatment; ordered to pay $50 to support the Police Training Fund, a $100 jail surcharge with $100 suspended; ordered to pay $50 for the cost of appointed counsel; ordered to forfeit his interest in the firearm that was seized and was placed on probation for three years.
Aliesha Ottobre, 27, pleaded guilty to driving without a valid operating license. She was fined $250 and ordered to pay $50 to support the Police Training Fund.
