Homer Police
Feb. 16
Homer Police at 9:01 p.m. went to a report of an assault. They issued a summons to a 65-year-old Homer man for fourth-degree assault and took him to the Homer Jail.
Police at 9:29 p.m. went to a report of a domestic dispute. They arrested a 25-year-old Anchor Point man for criminal mischief, domestic violence, and took him to the Homer Jail.
Feb. 17
Police at 12:07 p.m. made a welfare check. They arrested a 49-year-old Anchor Point woman for criminal trespassing.
Police at 2:58 p.m. received a report of a counterfeit $100 bill.
Alaska State Troopers
Feb. 13
Alaska State Troopers at 7:45 p.m. stopped a driver near Mile 160 Sterling Highway for having a headlight out and showing white light to the rear. During the stop troopers determined the driver, a 32-year-old Anchor Point woman, did not have valid vehicle insurance. She was issued a summons to appear in court.
Feb. 15
Troopers at 4:39 p.m. stopped a driver near Mile 153 Sterling Highway for a traffic violation. During the stop, troopers contacted a passenger, a 34-year-old Anchor Point woman, and found her to be on conditions of release in prior criminal cases. One condition was that she not be in contact with the driver. Troopers arrested the woman and took her to the Homer Jail.
