Homer Police
Feb. 3
Homer Police at 11:53 p.m. arrested a 20-year-old Homer man on a warrant for failure to comply with conditions of release.
Feb. 4
Police at 10:42 a.m. received a report of a 23-year-old Ninilchik man violating conditions of release. Police contacted him and arrested him for violating conditions of release, two counts of fifth-degree criminal mischief and disorderly conduct.
Feb. 6
Police at 1:39 a.m. contacted and arrested a 22-year-old Homer man for violating conditions of release.
Police at 10:21 a.m. contacted and arrested a 52-year-old Homer man on a warrant for violating a domestic violence protective order.
Feb. 7
Police at 5:19 p.m. went to a report of a disturbance. They arrested a 49-year-old Anchor Point woman for third-degree assault, second-degree assault and fifth-degree criminal mischief, all domestic violence related.
Alaska State Troopers
Feb. 6
Alaska Wildlife Troopers at 3:12 p.m. went to a single-vehicle crash near Mile 10 East End Road. Investigation showed a 65-year-old Homer man was driving toward Homer when he had a medical issue while driving and went into the ditch. He was the only occupant of the vehicle. The man was declared dead at the scene. Next of kin was notified and an investigation is ongoing.
