Homer Police
Aug. 25
Homer Police at 11:51 arrested a 54-year-old Homer man for driving under the influence and took him to the Homer Jail.
Aug. 26
Police at 5:11 p.m. arrested a 42-year-old Homer woman for violating conditions of release and took her to the Homer Jail.
Police at 4:52 p.m. arrested a 50-year-old Homer man for DUI and took him to the Homer Jail.
Aug. 27
Police at 3:16 p.m. went to a report of a domestic disturbance and arrested an 18-year-old Homer man for fourth-degree assault, domestic violence, and took him to the Homer Jail. They also arrested him on an outstanding $100 warrant for fail to appear in court on an original charge of sixth-degree misconduct involving a controlled substance.
Aug. 28
Police at 7:07 p.m. went to a report of a single vehicle accident. Police arrested a 34-year-old Bethel woman for DUI and took her to the Homer Jail.
Police at 7:41 p.m. received a report of a crew member who had been issued a trespass notice from a boat attempting to get back on board the vessel. Police arrested the crew member, a 34-year-old Bethel man, for trespassing and took him to the Homer Jail.
Police at 8:37 p.m. received another report of a crew member who had been issued a trespass notice from a boat attempting to get back on board the vessel. Police arrested the crew member, a 35-year-old Bethel man, for trespassing and took him to the Homer Jail.
Aug. 29
Police at 9:14 p.m. received a report of hotel guests damaging a room. Officers responded and arrested a 34-year-old Bethel woman and a 34-year-old Bethel man for violating conditions of release. They were both taken to the Homer Jail.
Alaska State Troopers
Aug. 29
Alaska State Troopers at 6:30 p.m. went to an Anchor Point home for an attempted warrant arrested. Troopers contacted a 39-year-old Anchor Point man and found he had two outstanding arrest warrants and was on conditions of release. Troopers alleged the man violated his conditions of release and arrested him on the two warrants and on two counts of violating conditions of release. He was taken to the Homer Jail.
