Arthur H. Reynolds, second-degree criminal trespass. In two separate cases, one charge each of first-degree criminal trespass also dismissed.
Ella P. Rose, 21, unauthorized use of an access devise, fraudulent use of an access device, two counts of fourth-degree theft, and two counts of second-degree theft. One charge, fraudulent use of a stolen access device, was refiled.
